When should I get a massage?

Do I have to be completely undressed?

You may undress to the level of which you feel comfortable. If you feel comfortable only being massaged over the clothes, that is okay. There are some benefits of removing your clothes, those are skin on skin contact. It lets the therapist use all of their techniques and it prevents lotions and oils from staining your clothes. For your safety and security, only the part of the body the therapist is working on will be undraped.
